Everyday people are neglecting their bodies because of the changing demands of technology. And in today’s professional world, with the prominence of agile and remote working, this is only going to get more challenging.

With this course we want to take you through a journey of learning more about your body and how best to interact with your environment wherever you’re working. A set of principles that will encourage you to get your body into a neutral posture as much as you can. When you are in a neutral posture your body is the strongest and most balanced it can be. Not only that but in a neutral posture you’ll minimise the risk of musculoskeletal injuries along the way.

If a part of your body is poised, it is completely still, ready to move at any time.

If someone is poised to do something, they are ready to take action at any moment.

If you are poised, you are calm, dignified and self-controlled.
